Your rights if you are a California resident.
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. We offer the rights below to California residents whether or not the law requires it of a business our size. This notice also serves as our notice at collection: it describes the personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

We use this information to deliver what you bought, respond to you, send messages you agreed to, take payments, keep required records, and protect our business from fraud and misuse. Our service providers are GoHighLevel, our payment processor, our print-on-demand provider, and our website hosting and delivery services, as listed in our Privacy Policy.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as the CCPA defines it, and we do not use or disclose any for purposes that would require offering a right to limit it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Because we do not sell or share, we do not offer a "Do Not Sell or Share" link, and there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of. If that ever changes, we will honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request, as the law requires.
We do not use automated decisionmaking technology to make significant decisions about you.
Submit a request through our contact form or by mail to the address below, and tell us which right you are using. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission; we may still ask you to confirm your identity directly.
To protect your information, we verify requests by matching the details you give us, such as your name and the email address or phone number you used with us, against the records we hold. We may ask for more information if we cannot verify you.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, up to 45 more days, we will tell you why within the first 45.
Customer and order records: for as long as you have access to your purchase, and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Messages and applications: as long as needed to respond and follow up. Server logs: as long as our hosting providers retain them.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
