This Privacy Policy explains how Joy Through Alchemy LLC ("Joy Through Alchemy," "we," "us," or "our"), founded by AKimie Gregory, handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or buy from us. Residents of the EU, EEA, or UK should also read our GDPR Privacy Notice, and California residents our California Privacy Notice.
We ask you not to send sensitive health or financial details through our forms or chat.
Payments are handled by the payment processor connected to our checkout. Your full card number goes to that processor, not to us, and we do not store it.
When you visit this website, basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you request is processed by the services that host and deliver the site, as part of normal server operation.
This website does not currently use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or analytics cookies, and it does not set its own cookies. Our checkout and form pages, which run on GoHighLevel, may use cookies that are necessary for them to work.
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" signal to opt you out of on this website. If that ever changes, we will honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request.
When you sign up for the free Joy Assessment, the sign-up form collects your name, email address, and phone number, along with any text-message consent you choose to give. The quiz on our Assessment page runs in your browser, and your answers to it are not sent to us.
Our chat and messaging assistant, Joy, is an AI tool, not AKimie in person, and we will always tell you when you are talking with an AI. Messages you send to it are processed through GoHighLevel's AI features so it can answer, and they may be reviewed by our team. Joy does not provide therapy, counseling, or crisis support. Please do not share sensitive health, financial, or personal details with it. To reach a person, use our contact form.
We only text or call you if you agree to it. Our forms have two separate checkboxes for this. Both are optional, and you never have to check either one to buy from us or to get the free Joy Assessment.
Our texts come from (561) 940-4807. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or use a similar word such as QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT. Reply HELP for help, or reach us through our contact form. You can also opt out by telling us in any other reasonable way, and we honor every opt-out promptly, and always within 10 business days. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full program terms are in the Text Message Terms section of our Terms of Service.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work:

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Customer and order records are kept for as long as you have access to your purchase and for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up.
We use reputable service providers with their own security measures, limit who can access your information, and collect only what we need. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, described in our GDPR Privacy Notice and California Privacy Notice.
A growing number of U.S. states give residents privacy rights, including Indiana, where the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act took effect on January 1, 2026. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, and get a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We respond within 45 days, or tell you within that time if we need up to 45 more. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision and asking us to reconsider. We will answer your appeal within 60 days, and if we deny it, you may contact your state attorney general.
Our website and offerings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We review this policy at least once a year and may update it from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
