Refund & Cancellation Policy

What this policy covers

This policy applies to everything we sell, including:

• Digital products, courses, recordings, and downloads
• The Book of You and other workbooks, in digital or printed form
• Group programs, live courses, and memberships
• Coaching and one-to-one time
• Retreats and in-person events
• Any bonus included with a purchase

Why all sales are final

• Digital access is immediate. The full material is delivered to you the moment you purchase, and it cannot be returned.
• Personalized products are made for you. Personalized books and printed copies cannot be resold or restocked.
• Places are limited. A place in a program, session, or retreat is held for you and cannot be offered to someone else.

Payment plans

Where a payment plan is offered, choosing it is agreeing to the full price of the offering, paid in installments. Stopping payments does not cancel your purchase, and any remaining installments stay due. If a plan falls behind, we may pause your access until it is brought current.

Subscriptions

We do not currently sell subscriptions. If we offer one in the future, its billing and cancellation terms will be shown clearly at checkout, you will be able to cancel online as easily as you signed up, and this policy will be updated before anyone is charged.

One-to-one time and retreats

One-to-one sessions and retreat places are paid upfront and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. There are no complimentary consultations. For retreats, we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Damaged or misprinted books

If a printed book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us promptly after delivery, with a photo, and we will send a replacement. This is a replacement for a defective copy, not a refund.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, for example charged twice for the same purchase or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, contact us and we will review it and correct any genuine billing error.

Before you buy

We would rather answer your questions than have you buy the wrong thing. Before purchasing, you can:

• Read each offering's page for exactly what is included
• Ask us anything through our contact form
• For our deepest programs, complete the application and conversation that come before any payment

Rights the law gives you

Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

• Customers in the EU and UK. Digital content normally comes with a 14-day right to cancel. At checkout, you ask us to give you access immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once access begins.
• Purchases made in person at an event. If you buy from us in person at a temporary location, such as a retreat, conference, or event venue, U.S. federal law may give you three business days to cancel. We will give you written notice of that right at the time of sale.
• Your card issuer. This policy does not limit your right to dispute a charge that was unauthorized or made in error through your card issuer.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy, which is also shown at checkout. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed for a purchase covered by this policy, we will respond to it with the relevant records, which may include your agreement to this policy at checkout and records of your access to the purchase. We may suspend access to the related offering while a dispute is open.
