Digital products are licensed for your individual personal use unless otherwise stated.

Where an offering includes “lifetime access,” lifetime refers to the period during which that product remains actively hosted and available through JTA, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Program schedules, facilitators, content, delivery methods, and session dates may occasionally change when reasonably necessary.
Participants are expected to treat other community members respectfully and protect their privacy.
JTA reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior threatens the safety, privacy, integrity, or functioning of a community or experience, subject to applicable law and any remedy required under the circumstances.
Retreat itineraries, accommodations, activities, facilitators, or schedules may change due to weather, transportation, safety considerations, venue requirements, local conditions, events outside JTA's control, or other reasonable operational needs.

Additional participation agreements, releases, health disclosures, or waivers may be required before attending certain experiences.
Private sessions and one-to-one experiences must be paid according to the terms presented at booking.
All sales are final. Rescheduling conditions applicable to the session will be disclosed at purchase or booking.

There are no refunds and no cancellations on any JTA product, program, retreat, or session.
Because digital products may provide immediate access to proprietary materials, all digital purchases are final.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, enrollment in JTA programs is a commitment to the full program fee.
Choosing a payment plan divides the total cost into installments; it does not convert the program into a month-to-month purchase.
Customized, personalized, or print-on-demand products generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially misprinted, contact JTA so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy provided.
Retreat deposits and payments are final once you reserve your place.
Because retreat planning may involve accommodations, vendors, experiences, staffing, and other advance commitments, retreat payments are final.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Private-session payments are final. Rescheduling terms are provided during booking.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the purchaser's jurisdiction.
Joy Through Alchemy's original content, frameworks, methodologies, written materials, videos, recordings, exercises, assessments, course materials, graphics, branding, and other proprietary materials are owned by Joy Through Alchemy LLC or used with appropriate permission.
This includes, where applicable, proprietary JTA names and frameworks such as:
Purchasing a JTA offering gives you access to the material for the permitted purpose.
It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, teach, adapt for commercial use, or represent JTA intellectual property as your own without written authorization.
We collect personal information reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, process purchases, deliver products and experiences, manage applications or registrations, and improve our services.
