1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and every product, program, retreat, and session offered by Joy Through Alchemy LLC. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy, to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and to our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to make a purchase or join a program.

3. What we offer

Our offerings are spiritual and personal-growth work. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, mental-health, legal, or financial services. Please read our Disclaimer before buying.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions, health, finances, and wellbeing. You participate voluntarily and agree to consult licensed professionals for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial matters. You agree to give us accurate information when you buy or apply.

5. Access to digital products and programs

Access is for your personal use only. Your login and access links are for you alone and may not be shared. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the product is available. Program and live-session schedules may change with notice.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, copy, or redistribute any of our content, recordings, or materials
• Record live sessions, or share what other participants say in them, without permission
• Harass, threaten, or disrespect other participants or our team
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce this website or its content
• Upload anything harmful, interfere with the website's operation, or try to access it without authorization
• Impersonate AKimie, Joy Through Alchemy, or anyone else
• Use our offerings for anything unlawful

7. Community and live sessions

Community spaces and live sessions are held with care and respect. What others share in them stays with them. We may remove anyone who breaks these terms or makes a space unsafe for others, and removal for a breach of these terms does not entitle anyone to a refund.

8. Payments and billing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout, together with any applicable taxes. Payment is due at purchase unless a payment plan is offered. Choosing a payment plan is agreeing to the full price, paid in installments, and you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide for each installment on the schedule shown at checkout until the full price is paid. All sales are final, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Retreats and travel

Itineraries may change. Participants cover their own flights unless stated otherwise, travel insurance is strongly recommended, and waivers may be required to take part. Retreat places are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.

10. Intellectual property

All content, methods, names, recordings, and materials, including The Book of You and the Joy Through Alchemy method, belong to Joy Through Alchemy and are protected by intellectual property law. Buying an offering gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. It does not transfer ownership.

11. Our AI assistant

Our chat and messaging assistant, Joy, is an AI tool. It can make mistakes, and nothing it says changes these terms or any policy on this website. If an answer from the assistant conflicts with a policy page, the policy page applies.

12. Text message terms

These terms apply to the text messages (SMS and MMS) that Joy Through Alchemy LLC sends.

• What you receive. Customer care messages about your free Joy Assessment, booking or changing a session, appointment reminders and confirmations, and replies to your questions. If you also agree to marketing messages, we may text you about our courses, programs, retreats, events, special offers, and free content.
• How you join. You join by checking a text-message consent box on one of our forms, such as the Free Joy Assessment sign-up at joythroughalchemynetwork.com/joy-assessment, and submitting your mobile number. Customer care and marketing messages each have their own optional checkbox. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
• Who sends them. Joy Through Alchemy LLC, from (561) 940-4807.
• How often. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, under your plan with your wireless carrier.
• How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT also work. To join again, check the box on our form again or reply START.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or reach us through our contact form.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Phone calls. If you agreed to receive calls, we may call the number you gave us about the requests above, and some calls may use an AI voice assistant. We will always tell you when you are speaking with one. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder, or an authorized user, of the mobile number you provide.
• Privacy. We handle your number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your number, and we never share it, or your consent, with third parties for their marketing.

13. Electronic communications

You agree that we may send you receipts, notices, and other communications electronically, and that agreements you accept electronically, including these terms at checkout, have the same effect as signed paper ones.

14. Third-party services

Some parts of our service run on third-party platforms, such as our checkout, email, and messaging tools. Their own terms may also apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.

15. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the website or an offering if you breach these terms, misuse our content, or act in a way that harms other participants or our business.

16. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular result from any offering. See our Earnings & Results Disclaimer.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joy Through Alchemy LLC and AKimie Gregory are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the offering the claim relates to.

18. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs brought against Joy Through Alchemy LLC or AKimie Gregory that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our offerings.

19. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, illness, travel restrictions, government orders, or outages at our internet or platform providers. If a retreat, session, or event is affected, we will contact you directly about next steps.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Howard County, Indiana, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

21. General

These terms, together with the policies they link to, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date and do not affect purchases already completed.
